Per COM:FOP China, photographs of two-dimensional works (such as the various graphic works depicted in this image) are not granted FOP protections unless their presences in images are not being main subjects. However, as this image is squarely focused on these protected works, and the presence of the protected works in the image is such that they are the main subject, I think that we cannot presume that FOP would permit this image to be re-used in China. Assorted sculptures serving as décors in the city's roundabouts or squares. These are unlikely to have been made more than 70 years ago or authored by sculptors who died more than 70 years ago. Since there is no commercial Freedom of Panorama in Niger, all of these commercially-licensed images infringe on the sculptors' copyrights.

These photos of Malaysian royalty and prime ministers are official government-issued portraits. They are tagged with {{PD-Malaysia}}, but that template states that "Works by the government, governmental organisations and international organisations are subject to copyright for 50 years after publication" (copyright act here). A previous DR of a Malaysian PM Commons:Deletion requests/File:Tun Hussein Onn potrait (cropped).jpg closed as delete, so it seems that would apply here too.
