 Delete The Crown Copyright seems totally incorrect for all these passport files as they are too new to fall under the 1974 date rule. It is possible they could be used on the enwiki as non-free so long as they are used in the appropriate manner and comply with all 10 NFCC requirements.

The uploader is a student of Tsuriel Sdomi, though is using their name, presumably through a misunderstanding. In a post [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/Help_desk#08:01,_12_August_2024_review_of_submission_by_Tsurielsdomi on enwiki, they say "Olá, Já falei aqui recentemente sobre o meu artigo sobre TSURIEL SDOMI (Eu NÃO sou Tsuriel Sdomi, ele é meu professor e que permitiu eu escrevesse sobre ele e usar as imagens). O artigo foi recusado, porém, eu li o manual de iniciantes e fiz tudo, acredito eu, coloquei referencias, livros e mesmo assim foi recusado. Acredito que não estou sabendo fazer isso, porque no meu ponto de vista está correto, com referência, linguagem apropriada e neutra. Alguém poderia me ajudar dizendo que seria necessário para eu ser aceito?" which explains this.

Google machine translates it thus: "Hello, I have recently written about my article about TSURIEL SDOMI (I am NOT Tsuriel Sdomi, he is my teacher and he allowed me to write about him and use the images). The article was rejected, however, I read the beginners' manual and did everything, I believe, I included references, books and it was still rejected. I believe I am not knowing how to do this, because in my point of view it is correct, with references, appropriate and neutral language. Could someone help me by telling me what would be necessary for me to be accepted?"

 Keep. This appears to be a scaled-down version of File:Matterhorn-600px.jpg, which we do have source information for. While this does mean it's a duplicate, it's also in use, and I'm not certain we could redirect it without potentially causing layout problems (since this image is small enough that it might be getting inserted into pages directly, rather than as a thumbnail).
