Current vacancies at Emphasis
These are the roles we’re currently recruiting for. You’ll find all the information you need to decide whether the role is a good fit for you and how to apply below.
Benefits:
Bad business writing is everywhere. From curt customer emails and unfocused reports to bland proposals and waffly web copy: this is the writing that can’t do its own job. It wastes readers’ and writers’ time and frustrates customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
Have you spotted this problem too? Better yet, can you help to tackle it?
At Emphasis, we’re on a mission to make corporate communications clear, effective and human at organisations the world over. And we’d love you to join us.
Making real change in how the people in an organisation communicate starts with understanding them and the challenges they face. Next, it means creating targeted learning materials to tackle those challenges. This is what we do. Our approach is consultative and tailored, and no two projects are identical.
The next step is where you come in: delivering transformative training that makes a real difference in how people communicate.
You’ll be an associate, but you’ll feel like one of the team. And you’ll receive all the training and tools you need, as well as support from our friendly head office staff.
Our account managers will source projects and maintain client relationships. Our operations team will take care of all the administration and logistics. And our learning designers will create those materials carefully tailored to the learners’ needs. All this will leave you free to focus your energy where your greatest strengths lie: engaging learners in the training room.
And you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading companies, with charities and public sector organisations and with major professional services firms. Our client list includes Nestlé, Climate Focus, Barclays, Aldi, 10 Downing Street, Dog’s Trust, the NHS, PwC, Linklaters and Deloitte (and many more).
If you have the following essential experience and qualities, we want to hear from you:
We’re the UK’s number-one provider of business-writing training and one of the world’s leading communications specialists. We train across every industry, in the private and public sector, and both in person and online.
So far, we’ve trained over 80,000 professionals from more than 1,000 organisations, in 32 countries and counting. And we’re only just getting started.
If you think you could be a perfect fit for this role, get in touch via [email protected], including a copy of your CV and a covering email outlining your suitability for the role. (We can’t consider any applications that don’t include this covering email.)
We’re looking forward to meeting you.
