 Keep. According to en:Rochdale Pioneers Museum, the museum has been in this location since 1931. I think it's a reasonable assumption that the design of the mural has been constant all that time, though it's obviously been repainted occasionally (and indeed has moved along the wall). File:The Co-op Museum, Toad Lane, Rochdale. - geograph.org.uk - 423498.jpg shows that the design hasn't changed since 1990, at least. As a work of unknown authorship, the mural fell into the public domain 70 years after publication, which would be 2001 at the latest. So I think unless there's some evidence that the design of the mural is actually recent, or that the designer died after 1953, the mural should be treated as being free. --bjh21 (talk) 16:19, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
