Bot's Purpose: Upload approximately 50,000 protein structure image files (100 to 200 at a time) in to Category:Structural Classification of Proteins (SCOP).

Language and Programs it uses:

1. Python script: pagefromfile.py (from pywikipedia framework) to create multiple subcategories within each SCOP class (e.g. All alpha proteins, All beta proteins, etc)
2. Perl script by Category:Nichalp's upload script

The bot will be manually assisted and maintained by me, User:Donabel_SDSU. It took 5-10 minutes for 100 images to upload. So I estimate 1 hour will upload 600 images. I can spend 1-2 hours a day (4 hours on the weekend) to upload the images. So with 50,000 images I expect the upload to be completed in a month.
